How the Coalition Reacted to the Launch of the
Article 7 Accountability Institute:
Acknowledging Contract Breached and Undertaking
to Remedy Expeditiously

Everything that even remotely relates to the reform and accountability agenda is acknowledged and addressed by the coalition. And it was no different when the A7AI was created. Quite a few of the Institute founder’s clients stepped forward over the next two weeks to acknowledge his outstanding issues and convey assurances that the matters which gave rise to its launch would be dealt with in short order.
The first articulations of what the A7AI sought to achieve were during the weekend of December 4th and 5th*. Calls were made to three Reform Coalition of Canada invitees that described in detail a personal circumstance of the coalition’s Canadian agent that had gone attended. These matters were first raised in April 2008 and then on average bi-annually.** The purpose of these lengthy introductions was to repeatedly state on the record what the concerns were so the partnership could understand that this time what had been falling through the geo-political cracks would no longer be ignored.

To demonstrate to his clients he was no longer satisfied with promises, guarantees and assurances, a three part process was commenced: (i) launch the Institute, including assembling a Board of Directors of respected members of Canadian society; (ii) contact and retain American counsel to commence settlement negotiations and if unsuccessful file lawsuits; and (iii) if securing representation was not efficacious conduct the same kind of edification campaign in the U.S. as was undertaken in Canada; the purpose being to create a collective awareness amongst American human rights, public advocacy, whistleblower and government watch dog organizations about the Chinada threat, stealth cognition technologies and what's argued in The Raison D'être for Founding the Article 7 Accountability Institute.
During the early hours of December 8th development of the A7AI website began. And some sixteen hours later the first signs he was being taken seriously were observed. That evening David Letterman et al. delivered what had been scripted to show the Custodian Chief’s protestations were to be addressed: David Letterman: Contributes to the Coalition’s Organic Checks and Balances.
Next was ‘The Daily Show’ and Jon Stewart et al. who, for the following evening’s broadcast, December 9th, scripted an introduction that put the matter directly to the coalition. He begins with complimenting the Fiefdom treatise author and diplomacy archivist for his work; then uses archive terminology when effecting his “namesake” lexiconic gesture.
Thank-you for joining us. My name is Jon Stewart. What an amazing show we have for you tonight [0:22: Cl.M.] A great author, Edmund Morris, is here to talk about Teddy Roosevelt, who as you know is the namesake [St.M.] of the lady's undergarment. Um, 'The Teddy'. [audience laughter] But first I was -- No, disgusting? All right fair enough.
I was happy to hear today that the Senate [0:38: Cl.M.] finally took up the 9/11 responders health care bill.
Three days after that, December 12th, ’60 Minutes’ producers went all out to address what the A7AI seeks to achieve. First, at the end of one of the previews they arrange for their famous stopwatch to be observed at twenty seconds - the lexiconic constituent referring to the Custodian Chief's two decades enslaved in the human experimentation program. It was timed to a remark by an interviewee in a way that told the coalition it ought to get with it and address these outstanding issues:
GDP-wise [Brazil is] bigger than all the other [South American] countries together. This is it. Hello! Time for Americans to wake up [1:16: stopwatch]
The numbers constituent of the lexicon is employed to confirm this intention: 16 – a compensation ratifier and thus a Custodian Chief identifier.
When Steve Kroft introduces his segment on the most dynamic economy in the southern hemisphere, he uses the lexicon to add to a growing category of diplomacy that articulates how certain members of the coalition, frustrated with the failure of all other methodologies of objective attainment and with organic checks and balances not operating as they should, threaten to expose everything:
[W]ith the World Cup and the Olympics on the way [16:30: 60 MM.] Brazil is about to make its grand entrance on the global stage.
The numbers constituent of the lexicon is again employed to confirm this intention: 3 and 16 – a coalition identifier and compensation ratifier (and thus a Custodian Chief identifier).
Scott Pelly’s intro followed suit, making it three-for-three:
In Texas [29:30: 60 MM] you dream big. And in the mind of Jerry Jones this was to be the year of the Cowboys. The team is celebrating its 50th anniversary. And the Super Bowl will be played in Cowboy Stadium. But there's one thing the 68 year old Jones hadn't imagined. His team won't be there. [29:49: 60 MM] The snake-bit cowboys never got in the saddle this season. And their high-flying owner tells us this may be the lowest year of his life.
The numbers constituent of the lexicon is again employed to corroborate this intention: 49 – a Taylor Identifier.
It’s worth noting that Steve’s communiqué that the Custodian Chief is “about to make [his] grand entrance on the global stage” is another in many cautions that if the coalition doesn’t act expeditiously to address the Chinada threat private sector partners will take it into their own hands and expose everything that’s remained confidential in the hopes that back-channel diplomacy would work: Coalition’s International Publicity of Canada’s Dysfunctionalities Imminent.
During a December 22nd White House bill signing ceremony, watched live in the East-West Corridor, President Obama and Vice-President Biden stated they too were taking A7AI issues seriously. The geo-politicization of the event begins the moment the former begins his prepared speech; and ends it with an undertaking to address them expeditiously:
[5:18: Z-J M.] This is a good day.
[...]
And for the rest of his years Lloyd credited [7:41: Biden: Kernan M.*] this soldier, this friend named Andy Lee with saving his life knowing he'd never have made it out alone.

Lloyd knew what mattered. He knew what kept him alive and made it possible for him to come home and start a family and live the rest of his life - it was his friend. it was his friend. And Lloyd’s son [8:36: Biden: Erin M.*] is with us today.

In the coming days we will begin the process laid out by this law. Now the old policy remains in effect until Secretary Gates, Admiral Mullen and I certify the military's readiness to implement the repeal. And it's especially important for service members to remember that. I've spoken to every one of the service chiefs. And they are all committed to implementing this change [17:35] swiftly and efficiently. We are not going to be dragging our feet to get this done.
To red flag how much and how rapidly his administration will address outstanding matters he uses a Taylor Swift reference. Later the numbers constituent of the lexicon is employed at this juncture – including a Custodian Chief identifier – when preparing the video for uploading onto the C-SPAN website to confirm his intention to address A7AI issues.
What weighs heavily on his mind is extending an invitation to his Canadian agent in late July 2009 to meet with him at the White House and then confirming it repeatedly over the next several months. Not having materialized a year and a half later is evidence of failing to follow through on one of many offers, assurances, promises and guarantees which sought to advance the coalition's agenda.
‘ABC World News’ added its voice to the A7AI chorus on December 22nd; scripting a segment on how Congress is foot-dragging on that which it shouldn’t – medical funding for 9/11 responders – to draw a parallel with what triggered the genesis of the A7AI.
Message #1: This Christmas is the worst on record for the Custodian Chief because another year's transpired where malfeasance has been non-stop and cumulatively has taken a much greater toll on him.
Message #2: A fund ought to be set up to address the quantum partners contracted to secure and deliver. (He suggested to an RCC invitee that partners should "pass the hat around")
Message #3: The coalition ought to "attack" this problem before matters get worse, i.e., lawsuits and publicity.
Voiceover: Supporters call it a Christmas miracle.
1st Responder: This Christmas will be the best Christmas I've ever known [0:46: Federer M.].
Voiceover: It didn't happen until Congress' time had almost run out. [0:51: compensation ratifier] A new fund now established for 9/11 rescue workers who became sick because of what they inhaled in the days following the attack.
1st Responder: He's shouldn't be a Senator and he shouldn't be a doctor if he's going to go out there [1:07: NBC M.] and attack this bill.
What’s not "almost run out" but in fact has is the A7AI founder’s patience for the coalition to come through with what it contracted to do.
Since by Christmas Eve there’d been no change in the circumstances that gave rise to the creation of the A7AI more coalition partners entered the diplomatic corridor to express their support for what's being sought. ‘CBS Evening News’ producers arranged for one of its affiliates’ reporters to be interviewed; chosen because this particular television station’s call letters in the context of this geo-production is a China identifier:
Voiceover: While the snow is a treat for kids it causes more potential problems for air travelers.
Reporter: [3:38] The key is not what the weather is like where you are. It's what the weather is like where the plane is that's supposed to come to you to take you to your on-going flight.
The numbers constituent of the lexicon is again employed to confirm this intention: 3 and 38 – coalition and China identifiers; and the digits add up to 14, a compensation ratifier (and thus a Custodian Chief identifier).
On Christmas Day the ‘NBC Nightly News’ ended its broadcast with a message to the Custodian Chief he can expect to jet away at any time. It was embedded in the closing seconds of a segment on how American airlines are in the process of upgrading a half century old navigation system for GPS. Not only is the clip of an airliner landing chosen because there’s a coalition identifier, the initials of the last names of the A7AI founder (“K”) and Taylor Swift (“S”) are present:
The biggest technological upgrade of the nation's air traffic control system in 50 years and [2:28: CI, 'K', 'S'] coming to an airport near you.
And also on Christmas evening the ‘CBS Evening News’ began its broadcast with a ‘pack your bags’ message. It was embedded during the second segment about severe winter weather. Notable is that at its beginning producers added another contribution to the child protection theme; using a prison certainty pattern to underscore what awaits those who continue to threaten the world with their unlawfulness and improprieties. Then a Taylor Identifier and compensation ratifier (Custodian Chief ID) embedded in a clip of a snow mover is used to red flag that which is being sought as part of the A7AI founder’s original contract with his international clients.
[In the south] there was snow on Christmas morning. [2:12: pc] In Chattanooga, Tennessee where about three inches fell residents relished the chance to play in the show.

[A]s the storm system moves north crews in Greensborough North Carolina [2:34: TI, CR] are preparing to head out.
On Christmas Day another and most valued coalition partner added its voice to the chorus. The Royal Family’s been most involved in addressing the “dark” corner of the Commonwealth that is Canada. It should be logical to a newcomer to the diplomatic back-channel that Her Majesty and Her princes and princesses would do what they could to challenge a foreign presence, including a military one, and which is brazenly totalitarian. As the Sovereign of Canada stepped out of church with Her immediate and extended family Her son, HRH Prince Charles employed the lexicon in a most embellished and protracted fashion to draw attention to the A7AI founder’s concerns. He was observed employing the following in swift succession [at 0:59 of an NBC Nightly News segment]: Aussie M., Letterman M., St.M., SNL M. x 3. He not only looked into the camera that was pre-arranged to capture this contribution, he added three tugs to his jacket lapel to ensure it wasn’t unobserved.
